This is a course for everyone who works with couples and other types of romantic relationships. It will provide a deep dive into couples’ work and sexual issues. It will provide models and interventions that will address common communication issues, changes in intimacy over the life of the relationship, keeping things sexy, and more.
Learn interventions to support clients in all kinds of relationships. From day to day relating to some of the more complex sexual and relationship dynamics, we have it covered. LGBTQIA++, polyamory, and ENM inclusive.

The course runs from Thu 17 Oct - Thu 7 Nov 2024
Lectures will be online via Zoom each Thursday 3pm - 5pm AEDT, starting 17th Oct 2024. Total lecture hours = 8hrs
Pod Meetings: each week you are required to meet with a small group of practitioners to practice the interventions. This is for one hour per week at a time that suits your schedule. Total pod hours = 4 hrs

This course is offered through an online platform across four weeks.
Each week there is a two-hour lecture with Tanya and a one-hour meeting with your pod group to practice the interventions. Total study time: 3 hours per week
Each week there is a short 10-question multiple-choice quiz and a brief reflection task from your pod meeting.
The pod groups are small groups of 2-3 classmates. Your meeting time is decided based on your preferred time to meet, so the pod meetings can occur at a time that works for you.
Somatic teaching style
You will receive resources and handouts to use with your clients and read through in your own time.
